Editorial and Verification Policy
The Blood of Dawnwalker Wiki is an independent, fan-made guide site. We publish an answer only when it helps a player take a clear next action, such as choosing a route, finding an objective, understanding a system, or checking an item. We do not present trailers, store copy, guesses, or copied community claims as tested gameplay facts.
How guide information is checked
Release status, developer and publisher information, platforms, and broad game features are checked against first-party sources, especially the official Dawnwalker site and the official Steam page. Detailed quest, timing, item, and map information is checked against the live game where possible and compared with named, current guide sources.
Each guide carries a review date and a build label. If the live quest tracker, menu, item description, or interaction prompt differs from a guide, the game takes priority. We update the affected article rather than copying an older claim from another page.
Direct answers and spoilers
Every page begins with the answer to its main search question. A specific answer, such as the Withering Away medicine recipe, belongs on the relevant quest page instead of being repeated across unrelated articles. Story details are kept beneath descriptive headings whenever the player can solve the immediate problem without seeing later outcomes.
We organise routes by category so that parent pages, breadcrumbs, sidebars, and related content make the next answer easy to find. A category is not an excuse to create thin pages: a new page must serve a separate player task and contain enough verified detail to do so.
First release and languages
English and Russian are published together. Each Russian page has a matching English source, its own metadata and internal links, and player-facing language reviewed for natural use. This keeps language switching useful without publishing a stale machine translation merely because an English URL exists.
The launch content covers eight editorial pages: guides, beginner steps, time, quests, Withering Away, combat builds, equipment, and map locations. Future pages will be added when they have a distinct search need and a trustworthy answer, not simply because a keyword contains a game term.
Corrections and independence
To report an error, email [email protected] with the page URL, platform, current build, exact quest or item wording, and the step that differs. Screenshots or a short clip are helpful when they show the live prompt. We investigate the report against the current build before changing the guide.
